"Let It Out And Let It In", Original Painting, 5x7

We let grief flow through us
so it doesn't block us 
 
 
I painted this tender painting on a whim, what felt like a random strike of inspiration hit and these indigo daffodils flowed out of me with such a strong and clear message. I remember feeling funny because at the time I couldn't pinpoint any feelings of grief. But little did I know that this piece would carry me through a really shocking and heartbreaking experience at the beginning of the year. Truly I leaned on this painting the way one might lean on a friend. And I hope it brings that same sense of deep comfort to whoever collects her.
 
 
Each painting from this collection has it's own affirmation that came through during my meditation and creative process. This painting's message is this: you are a powerful arrow in motion, you are poised to hit your target, don't doubt the path you're on.
